    Anna Mercatoris, MA

    Founder & Licensed Professional Counselor

I'm Anna Mercatoris, a licensed professional counselor committed to providing compassionate, nonjudgmental care in a space where you can feel truly heard and supported. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, or just feeling stuck, my goal is to walk alongside you with empathy and clarity. l understand that reaching out for help can be overwhelming and that waiting for support shouldn't add to the stress. That's why I offer flexible scheduling with quick appointment availability, so you can get the care you need, when you need it. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness, but I always start with listening. Every person's journey is unique, and your care should be too. If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with compassion and help you move forward at your own pace, I’d be honored to work with you.
