Anna Mercatoris
Founder
I'm Anna Mercatoris, a licensed counselor committed to providing compassionate, nonjudgmental care in a space where you can feel truly heard and supported. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, or just feeling stuck, my goal is to walk alongside you with empathy and clarity. l understand that reaching out for help can be overwhelming and that waiting for support shouldn't add to the stress. That's why I offer flexible scheduling with quick appointment availability, so you can get the care you need, when you need it. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, but I always start with listening. Every person's journey is unique, and your care should be too. If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with compassion and help you move forward at your own pace, I’d be honored to work with you.

Currently, I am furthering my studies at Liberty University, focusing on equipping myself with advanced counseling techniques. My primary approach to counseling is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which I believe is an effective way to empower clients by helping them identify and transform negative thought patterns.
